GOAL 1

I'm a learner on forex trading. Currently trading on demo and live with FXDD. Although winning streaks doesn't guarantee that you're good, it trains one to be patient and not trading on gut feeling or emotion.

Time frame: 1 Jan 2009-31 Dec 2009

Goal:
Gold: I closed 20 consecutive wins of 10 pips or more
Silver: I closed 15 consecutive wins of 10 pips or more
Bronze: I closed 10 consecutive wins of 10 pips or more
Boo: I closed 9 consecutive wins of 10 pips or less
Big boo: I closed 5 consecutive wins of 10 pips or less

Measurement:
Trading on live account. proof of trading must be shown to establish achievement
Evaluation on 30th June and 30th Sep 2009. Final count on 31 Dec 2009.

GOAL 2
Ability to leverage on long time frame trading shown patience and foresight of a trader.

Time frame: 1 Jan 2009-31 Dec 2009

Goal:
Gold: I closed 20 winning trades of 100 pips or more
Silver: I closed 15 winning trades of 100 pips or more
Bronze: I closed 10 winning trades of 100 pips or more
Boo: I closed less than 10 winning trades of 100 pips or more
Big boo: I closed less than 5 winning trades of 100 pips or more

Measurement:
Trading on live account. proof of trading must be shown to establish achievement
Evaluation on 30th June and 30th Sep 2009. Final count on 31 Dec 2009.

On weight management

I always got a problem with my weight. Other than my ideal at 68Kg when I was 17, I almost never enjoy any good year with my healthy weight. The fact that I love cooking and good food makes it even worse.

Time frame: 1 Jan 2009-31 Dec 2009

Goal:
Gold: I weighed 68 Kg or less
Silver: I weighed 72 Kg or less
Bronze: I weighed 75 Kg or less
Boo: I weighed 75 Kg or more
Big boo: I weighed 80 Kg or more
Measurement:
Weight measured by reliable weighing scale
Evaluation on 30th June and 30th Sep 2009. Final count on 31 Dec 2009.

On my swimming

I love swimming. Feel bad to admit but I can only swim breaststroke. And it's not even perfect. So this goal is for me to measure my swimming speed. Yeah... it's still not good but I'll keep fighting to improve

Goal:
Gold: I cleared 50m breaststroke in 00.50 or less
Silver: I cleared 50m breaststroke in 01.00
Bronze: I cleared 50m breaststroke in 01.10
Boo: I cleared 50m breaststroke in more than 01.10
Big boo: I cleared 50m breaststroke in more than 01.20

Measurement:
50m breaststroke in olympic size pool (lengthwise) counted from first kick to hand touch of the wall.
Evaluation on 30th June and 30th Sep 2009. Final count on 31 Dec 2009.

Goal:
Gold: I delivered 100 new cases of Insurance
Silver: I delivered 75 new cases of Insurance
Bronze: I delivered 50 new cases of Insurance
Boo: I delivered less than 50 new cases of Insurance
Big boo: I delivered less than 40 new cases of Insurance

Measurement:
Cases including Life, Personal Accident, Travel, Motor Insurance.
Evaluation on 31st May and 31 Aug 2009. Final count on 30 Nov 2009.
